CANCELLATION BY WET:
In the event that we must cancel a safari, we will refund all payments made or offer alternative arrangements of comparable standard.

Prices are based on double/single occupancy. Single rooms on safari cannot always be guaranteed due to limited availability. If single occupancy is not provided despite payment of a supplement, the supplement is refundable. Accommodations are listed in preferred order and vary from modern hotels, lodges, resorts, luxury tented camps, to normal campsites, most with private bathrooms and swimming pools, and all offering full restaurant and bar facilities.
ALTERATION TO TOURS:
We normally adhere to the sequence and accommodation specified in itineraries, but reserve the right to make changes due to weather, roadwork, high season congestion, or other causes. Delays caused by natural calamities, road blocks, etc., are not the responsibility of the company.
LIABILITY:
WET and its agents act solely as agents for the client in all matters relating to accommodations, sightseeing, excursions, tours, and transport. The company is not responsible for any default by any service provider or accommodation. It is also not liable for additional expenses incurred by delays, alterations, sickness, injuries, weather, civil disturbances, or other factors affecting travel. The liability of the company for passengers in vehicles used for transfers, excursions, and tours is governed by the laws of Tanzania, Zanzibar, and Kenya, with all claims subject to the jurisdiction of these locations. The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors, and the same terms apply concerning company liability.
VALUABLES:
Keep valuables with you at all times. Safety deposit facilities are available at most accommodations.
BAGGAGE:
One piece of baggage per person is allowed on safari, plus a hand rucksack. Excess baggage should be left with us or at your hotel or lodge until the end of the tour, when it will be returned to you.

Included in the price are all expenses connected with vehicles and driver/guides, sightseeing as indicated in itineraries, entrance fees to places visited, accommodations, service charges, government taxes, and meals as per the booked plan. Prices exclude passport costs, visas, health documentation, gratuities, laundry, drinks, personal items, and airport fees.
