Activities
Day 1: Moshi to Tarangire National Park
Your safari kicks off with a departure from Moshi, heading towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its large populations of herbivores and magnificent Baobab trees, Tarangire offers excellent opportunities to observe zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and elephants in their natural environment. Enjoy a game drive before midday followed by lunch beneath the iconic Baobab trees. Spend the afternoon exploring further and capturing memorable photos of the park's wildlife. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay under the stars at either Fanaka or Haven Nature Camp.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater to Moshi/Arusha
After breakfast, venture to the Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest inactive volcanic caldera. This biodiversity hotspot is home to elephants, hippos, giraffes, Crater Lions, and hyenas. Lunch is served at a picturesque waterfront location within the crater, providing a perfect backdrop as you dine. An afternoon game drive offers more wildlife viewing before ascending the crater rim and returning to Moshi or Arusha.
