Join us on a grand safari that spans all major parks in Tanzania, designed for the best chance of sighting the elusive "Big Five." This adventure encompasses the rich landscapes and diverse ecosystems of Tanzania, making it a must for wildlife enthusiasts.
What's Included
- Transport with a qualified driver/guide in 4x4 vehicles with a viewing roof
- 5 nights of camping accommodation
- Meals: 5 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 5 dinners (including a cook on camping safaris)
- Camping equipment, as necessary
- National Park gate fees and all related expenses
- Bottled mineral water (1.5L per person per day)

Safari Checklist
- Comfortable walking shoes (sneakers) and sandals
- Casual, loose-fitting clothing and a warm fleece or sweater
- Extra cotton socks and underwear, lightweight jacket, hat, sunglasses
- Sunscreen (SPF 50+), lip balm (SPF 45), insect repellent (DEET 30%)
- Anti-bacterial hand sanitizer, camera with extra batteries, plug adapter
- Essential toiletries including baby wipes, toilet paper, and towel
- Small personal medical kit with essentials like aspirin, anti-malarial pills, and cold medicine
Activities
- Day 1 - Moshi to Tarangire National Park: Depart from Moshi to Tarangire, known for its Baobab trees and vibrant wildlife. Spot zebras, giraffes, and elephants during your game drive, then camp under the stars at Fanaka or Haven Nature Camp.
- Day 2 - Tarangire to Serengeti National Park: Journey to the Serengeti, inspired by "The Lion King," known for its large lion population and the dramatic wildebeest migration. Enjoy extensive game drives and overnight at Pimbi Camp Serengeti or similar.
- Day 3 - Serengeti National Park: Full day in Serengeti with morning and evening game drives. Experience the richness of the park's wildlife and ecosystems. Lunch in the park and another night at Pimbi Camp Serengeti.
- Day 4 - Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater: Travel to Ngorongoro Crater for a chance to see a wide array of wildlife in this massive caldera. Overnight on the crater rim at Simba Camp Ngorongoro.
- Day 5 - Ngorongoro Crater: Descend into the crater for early morning wildlife sightings. Enjoy a lakeside lunch and a full day of exploration, then return to the crater rim for an overnight stay at Simba Camp Ngorongoro.
- Day 6 - Lake Manyara National Park to Moshi: Visit Lake Manyara, known for its flamingos and diverse bird species. After a morning game drive and lunch, conclude your safari and return to Moshi.
