DAY 1
The night before trekking, the guest will meet a lead guide who will provide a briefing and inspect all the necessities for successful summiting including gears this will be done to the respective hotel KEYS HOTEL after that you will agree for the next day departure time to the gate.

Recommended to wear
For this leg of the journey, expect some mud and moisture, so it's wise to wear gaiters and use trekking poles. Shorts and t-shirts are suitable, but carry rain gear and warmer clothing just in case.
After breakfast,
we depart Moshi at 09:00 AM, driving 50 minutes to the Machame Gate on Kilimanjaro's eastern side. After registering with the national park, we'll start hiking around afternoon after a quick lunch. The trail winds through lush rainforest until we reach the Machame Camp. Where we shall find the team already arrive porters and chef ready for hot water for fresh up and some hot drink, ginger, tea, and coffee. waiting for dinner there after your guide will come to check on you and provide short briefing before taking a nap and positivity of tomorrow trek.

DAY 2
Machame Camp to Shira cave Camp
Elevation: 2835m to 3750m
Distance: 5 km
Hiking time: 4-6 hours

Recommended gear
As we ascend to 3000m, temperatures drop, so dress warmly to conserve energy. Long underwear, hiking pants, liner gloves, and a proper jacket are essential. Keep your rain gear in your day bag. Nights can be chilly, with temperatures below freezing.
After breakfast, we leave the rainforest behind, continuing uphill through rocky terrain covered with heather and some moorland species like erica trees until we reach Shira Camp for rest lunch, dinner, and overnight stay. DAY 3
Shira Cave to Barranco Camp
Elevation: 3750m to 3900m
Distance: 10 km
Hiking time: 6-8 hours

As temperatures drop above 3000m, it's crucial to layer up for warmth. Wear long underwear, hiking pants, liner gloves, and a sturdy jacket. Keep rain gear handy. Expect freezing temperatures at night.
Today, we focus on acclimatization. We'll ascend about 700m but sleep at a similar altitude to the previous night. Starting from Shira Plateau, we'll climb to Lava Tower at around 4600m. After lunch and a rest, we'll trek through Barranco Valley to the beautiful Barranco Camp. The journey takes 6-7 hours, offering views of the alpine desert and Barranco Valley's unique vegetation. Here you will enjoy the beautiful view of Kibo peak and Barranco wall plus the big advantage of acclimatization after exposing your body into high attitude, The lava tower now the body is 90% adopt the mountain climate

DAY 4
Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp
Elevation: 3900m to 3995m
Distance: 6 km
Hiking time: 3-4 hours
Vegetations: Alpine Desert

As the altitude increases above 3000m, it gets colder. Dress warmly with long underwear, hiking pants, liner gloves, and a proper jacket. Keep your rain gear accessible. Expect freezing temperatures at night.
After breakfast, we leave Barranco and hike along a steep ridge, passing the Barranco Wall. At Karanga Camp, we enjoy a well-deserved lunch break with breathtaking views of Barafu and Mount Meru. Continuing across ridges and valleys, we reach the Karanga Valley campsite. Dinner awaits, and it's time to rest for the next day. This is a short day designed for acclimatization. After these short activities will return to the camp for short warm up briefing and medical check then we shall have our dinner already and then take a nap prepare ourselves for tomorrow challenge to barafu camp and our base camp as well.

DAY 5
Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp
Elevation: 3995m to 4673m
Distance: 4 km
Hiking time: 3-4 hours

After breakfast, we depart Karanga and continue upward to Barafu camp. Here, we complete the Southern Circuit, offering various angles of the summit. We set up camp, enjoy an early dinner, and ready ourselves for summit day. Barafu Camp provides stunning views of Mawenzi and Kibo peaks.

SUMMIT DAY - PHASE 1
Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak
Elevation: 4673m to 5895m
Distance: 5 km
Hiking time: 7-8 hours
Vegetations: alpine glacier
Recommended gears
During the ascent to the summit, temperatures range from -10 to -20 degrees Celsius. Dress in multiple layers, including a jacket, ski trousers, gaiters, a warm hat, and a balaclava. A head lump is essential for the night climb.
In the early hours of the mid night around 11:30p we bundle up and begin our climb to the summit. Heading northwest, we ascend through heavy scree toward Stella Point on the crater rim. This is the most mentally and physically challenging part of the trek. At Stella Point (5756m), we rest briefly and witness a breathtaking sunrise. From Stella Point, it's just an hour to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Faster hikers may catch the sunrise from the summit. SUMMIT DAY – PHASE 2
Uhuru Peak to High camp
Elevation: 5895m to 3900m
Distance: 9 km
Hiking time: 5-6 hours

After reaching the summit, we descend straight to Mweka Hut campsite, stopping at Barafu for lunch. high Camp is nestled in the upper forest. Later, we enjoy our final dinner on the mountain and a well-deserved rest.
DAY 7
