DAY 1
The night before trekking, the guest will meet a lead guide who will provide a briefing and inspect all the necessities for successful summiting including gears this will be done to the respective hotel KEYS HOTEL after that you will agree for the next day departure time to the gate.

Recommended to wear
- For this leg of the journey, expect some mud and moisture, so it's wise to wear gaiters and use trekking poles. Shorts and t-shirts are suitable, but carry rain gear and warmer clothing just in case.
After breakfast, we depart Moshi at 09:00 AM, driving 50 minutes to the Machame Gate on Kilimanjaro's eastern side. After registering with the national park, we'll start hiking around afternoon after a quick lunch. The trail winds through lush rainforest until we reach the Machame Camp. Where we shall find the team already arrive porters and chef ready for hot water for fresh up and some hot drink, ginger, tea, and coffee. waiting for dinner there after your guide will come to check on you and provide short briefing before taking a nap and positivity of tomorrow trek.

Woken up for good hot drink from our waiter and hot water to clean ourselves (not shower) then well-prepared breakfast and some dessert, there after you will have some minutes before starting the next challenge heading to Shira cave camp (All of this are inclusive cost from the amount provided for hiking)
DAY 2: Machame Camp to Shira Camp
Elevation: 2835m to 3750m
Distance: 5 km
Hiking time: 4-6 hours
Habitat: Moorland
Recommended gear
As we ascend to 3000m, temperatures drop, so dress warmly to conserve energy. Long underwear, hiking pants, liner gloves, and a proper jacket are essential. Keep your rain gear in your day bag. Nights can be chilly, with temperatures below freezing.
After breakfast, we leave the rainforest behind, continuing uphill through rocky terrain covered with heather and some moorland species like erica trees until we reach Shira Camp for rest lunch, dinner, and overnight stay. Also, we will find our team already arrived and sort everything for us like Tent, and dining.

DAY 3: Shira Cave to Barranco Camp
Elevation: 3750m to 3900m
Distance: 10 km
Hiking time: 6-8 hours
Habitat: Semi-Desert
Recommended gears
As temperatures drop above 3000m, it's crucial to layer up for warmth. Wear long underwear, hiking pants, liner gloves, and a sturdy jacket. Keep rain gear handy. Expect freezing temperatures at night.
Today, we focus on acclimatization. We'll ascend about 700m but sleep at a similar altitude to the previous night. Starting from Shira Plateau, we'll climb to Lava Tower at around 4600m. After lunch and a rest, we'll trek through Barranco Valley to the beautiful Barranco Camp. The journey takes 6-7 hours, offering views of the alpine desert and Barranco Valley's unique vegetation. Here you will enjoy the beautiful view of Kibo peak and Barranco wall plus the big advantage of acclimatization after exposing your body into high attitude, The lava tower now the body is 90% adopt the mountain climate

DAY 4: From Barranco Camp to Barafu Camp
Elevation: 3900m to 4673m
Distance: 9 km
Hiking time: 8-10 hours
Vegetation: Alpine Desert
Recommended Gears:
As we climb, temperatures drop. Dress warmly with long underwear, hiking pants, liner gloves, and a jacket. Rain gear should be accessible. Prepare for freezing temperatures at night.
After breakfast, we ascend a steep ridge, passing the Barranco Wall to Karanga Valley for lunch. Continuing to Barafu Hut, we complete the South Circuit with views of the summit. Camp is set up for dinner and rest.
SUMMIT DAY - PHASE 1: From Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak
Elevation: 4673m to 5895m
Distance: 5 km
Trekking time: 7-8 hours
Vegetations: glaciers.
Recommended Gears:
Expect temperatures of -10 to -20 degrees Celsius. Dress in multiple layers, including ski trousers, gaiters, a warm hat, and a balaclava. A head torch is essential for the night climb.
In the early hours, we begin the climb to the summit. Ascending to Stella Point, we witness a breathtaking sunrise. From there, it's an hour to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa.
SUMMIT DAY – PHASE 2: From Uhuru Peak to High camp
Elevation: 5895m to 3900m
Distance: 12 km
Trekking time: 5-6 hours
Vegetation: Alpine-moorland
Descending to Mweka Hut via Barafu for lunch, we reach the upper forest for our last dinner and rest.
DAY 6: From High camp to Mweka Gate
Elevation: 3900m to 1860m
Distance: 10 km
Trekking time: 3-4 hours
Vegetation: Rainforest
Recommended Gears
Start with layers as it's cold, but as you descend, temperatures rise. Be prepared to adjust clothing accordingly.
After breakfast, we descend to Mweka Park Gate for certificates. After signing in, we share a final meal with the team before returning to Moshi town for celebrations.
